Terms and Conditions

- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

- All Visa cardholders aged 18 or over, who possess a full legal capacity with a valid Visa cards issued from anywhere in the world will be eligible to participate in the promotion but will only have a chance of winning when they use their valid Visa card everywhere Visa is accepted in the Participating Countries during the Promotion Period.
- Winners will be notified by their bank about the draw date and that they have won. The winner will need to sign an acknowledgement letter on receipt to claim their prize within 30 days from the draw taking place.
- If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw date by their bank, another winner(s) will be drawn and the prize will be awarded the prize to such other winner(s).

- Visa's decisions are final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- This promotion takes place in Dubai and therefore is bound only by the Dubai law.
- Any dispute or difference between the parties in relation to or arising from this promotion shall be referred to arbitration if the representatives of each party cannot amicably resolve such dispute or difference within thirty (30) days of one party bringing such dispute or difference to the attention of the other parties. The arbitration shall be in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of the UAE Chamber of Commerce and Industry and shall be conducted in English in Dubai at the International Arbitration Centre. The Arbitral Tribunal shall comprise three arbitrators, one appointed by each of the parties. The award of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be written in English with an official translation in Arabic. The award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
- Visa is not liable to any taxation of any kind arising from or that may occur from the winner's nationality or country of residence, and will not be held responsible to make any tax payments of any kind. The winner will be liable to make all necessary tax payments and to make any necessary notifications to the appropriate authorities.
