This competition will run from January 29 to May 10, 2012. The following may participate:

• College students & new graduates in Qatar
• Professionals, entrepreneurs, postgraduates with business plans for Qatar
• Anyone may apply as long as the business is planned to operate in Qatar; specifically, foreigners can only participate if the business will be headquartered in Qatar.
